As Lloyds’ of London or NASA can tell you, the pressure on businesses’ gender realities keeps growing. Whether it’s pay gap legislation or public pressure, quotas or #MeToo, the media is now front-page-focused on gender balance stories in an ever-increasing number of countries. Most leaders aren’t ready to manage the message – nor are they expecting it to explode in their faces.
